Through his business, Amazing Circles Workshops, Dave Kampfschulte facilitates interactive workshops that encourage communication, self-reflection, and personal growth within schools, hospitals, hospice programs, businesses, not-for-profit organizations and churches. Each workshop takes place in a circle and is instructive, fast-paced and interactive. These experiential programs are not lectures!

Dave’s core belief is everyone is a story. He honors each story with attention and care. Known for his empathy, energy, and humor, Dave creates a safe environment where participants can comfortably interact and have fun while learning tangible skills that can be put to immediate use in the classroom.Dave has worked with student teachers, hospice volunteers, business leaders, parents and community members in groups ranging in size from four to a hundred people or more. He has trained thousands to become better listeners with his signature workshop, How to Hear What Is Not Being Said.
